By default upon signup to fieldmaxpro the application auto populates all the states in Nigeria into the solution allowing setting up of locations less cumbersome, however the administrator would still be required to setup regions, location groups and locations.
The Fieldmaxpro location structure allows locations to be defined in the following; Country → Regions → States → Location Groups → Locations Each of these items are configured by selecting the “Locations” button/icon inside the setup module
Image above shows configuration page for "Locations" User can navigate each of the locations options via the location drop down options that open up once the user is on the locations setup module
Location groups are created by setting up the name of the location group and then selecting all the locations that should be contained in the cluster.
Image below shows setting up of regions, this is defined by the user specifying all the states that should be added to a region cluster
