Inventory checkout is used by the administrator to record products collected by the field users from the warehouse, when an administrator/manager performs a check out for a fieldrep, upon confirmation of the input, the field user from his mobile device would then confirm the check out made, upon doing this the inventory of the distributor is adjusted.
To perform a new check out the admin/manager user simply clicks on the "New" button to open up an inventory check out form, you can now fill this form with all the required information and selecting the field user, upon saving this information, it would have a status of "Pending" this is to enable to user make corrections when needed, after which the user clicks on the "arrow" button to confirm the data, when confirmed this pushes the inventory for the field user to either accept or reject the entry.
