- Make sure you have active data connection on your device
- Also make sure that you have enough available memory space on your device. If you do not have enough memory on your device, delete all unnecessary apps, images and videos and make sure your device is not showing low memory notification.
- Go to Settings on your FieldMaxPro app and click on SYNC NOW.
