To schedule a new visit, tap the New Schedule Button (the red plus button at the bottom right corner of the screen). This will open the screen for creating a new schedule as shown in the figure below.
To schedule a new visit:
1. Tap Schedule Date and select the appropriate date in the date widget that pops up. Note that you cannot schedule a visit in the past, so you should select the current date or a future date.
2. Tap Schedule Time and select the appropriate time in the time widget that pops up. Note that you cannot schedule a visit in the past, so you should select a future time.
3. Select the location of the outlet. This immediately pops up all the outlets in the selected location.
4. On the list of the popped up outlets, select the outlet.
5. Then Click on SCHEDULE VISIT button.
After clicking the button, the schedule is immediately created and a message shows on the screen confirming that the schedule has been created.
If the selected time or date is in the past, the schedule will not go through.
If outlet selected is not in the route plan for that weekday, the schedule will not go through.
